Refresh the
Client UI to review the Recording Status.
Review the Recorder Status at the Nortel Contact Recording Server.
The
calls are being recorded.
Review the completed calls.
Select
view the list of completed (recorder) calls.
Replay a call.
Select a file in the list of Journal Files at the Nortel Quality
Monitoring Client UI and click the Play button.
