If you set WS_CLIENTINITCAP_REG to "1", you must specify values for

ANNOT_TOOLTIP
Specifies whether to enable AIM Annotation tool
tips. The tool tips are displayed when an agent
hovers the mouse over each AIM Annotation field.
Default: "0". Set to "1" to enable AIM Annotation
tool tips.
If you set this property to "1", you must provide
values for USERTIPX (see next property).
If you do not want to enable AIM Annotation
tool tips, do not place this property on the
command line.
USERTIPX (Where X is a number from 1 to 5)
These are the tool tips that correspond to the fields
defined by ANNOT_USERX.
Default: This is User Field X (Where X is a number
from 1 to 5).
It is not necessary to configure all five tool tips.
