Can I switch from block recording to discrete after installation?
The server.ini file holds the configuration parameters for the Nortel Quality
Monitoring Server. The selection is held in the server.ini file in the
Scheduler section. The parameter is CallsOnly=.
Set CallsOnly=0 to record the entire block of scheduled time.
Set CallsOnly=1 to record discrete calls during scheduled time.
You must restart the WitnessService for any change to the server.ini to take
effect.
