AGENT_EXTENSION_LOCK
Locks the value entered for AGENT_EXTENSION
so that the agent can not change it.
Default: "0". Set to "1" to enable agent extension
lock.
If you do not want to enable agent extension lock,
do not place this property on the command line.
AGENT_ID
The value entered here is used to pre-populate the
agent's ACD Logon ID when they are logging on to
AIM.
Default: 1234
AGENT_ID_LOCK
Lock the value entered for AGENT_ID so that the
agent can not change it.
Default: "0". Set to "1" to enable agent ID lock.
If you do not want to enable agent ID lock, do not
place this property on the command line.
