Nortel Quality Monitoring Server Installation
To upgrade an existing version of the Nortel Quality Monitoring database,
follow these steps:
1 If the installation/upgrade program did not launch the utility, click Start
Programs
The Database Utility dialog box is displayed:
2 Enter the name of your database server (typically the local host name) in
the Database Server Name field.
3 Select Run.
The Database Login dialog box is displayed:
4 Enter the SA (system administrator) user name in the User Name field.
5 Enter the password in the Password field.
6 Select OK.
