Dependent Properties for Aim Annotation
AIM Annotations are fields on the Agent Initiated Monitoring – Annotate
Call dialog box which agents can populate during an agent initiated
monitoring session. The property ENABLE_ANNOT specifies whether to
enable AIM Annotations. If you have set ENABLE_ANNOT to "1", you
must specify values for the following properties:

AGENT_LOGS
Folder path where Agent log files are written
Suggested Location: <SystemDisk>:\Program
Files\Nortel\Nortel Quality Monitoring Agent\Logs
If you do not want to enable Agent logging, do not
place this property on the command line.
ANNOT_USERX (Where X is a number from 1 to
5)
The values for these properties become the labels
for the fields on the Agent Initiated Monitoring –
Annotate Call dialog box.
Default: UserFieldX (Where X is a number from 1
to 5)
Note: These fields must be identical for each Agent
installation.
It is not necessary to configure all five fields.
