Notes about the command line:
msiexec is the MSI engine.
/i - tells the MSI engine to install a package. The folder path in quotation
marks, "C:\[Agent-Install-Folder]\Nortel Quality Monitoring Agent.msi
", tells the MSI engine where to find the package to install.
/q – Tells the MSI engine to run without any user interface.

Example 2: Setup.exe Launcher Example
This example shows property values for environments that require
manual log on.
This example launches 'setup.exe', which will install and configure the
Windows Installer 2.0 engine prior to launching the actual Agent
installation.
Notes about the command line:
/s - Tells the 'setup.exe' to run silently
/v – Tells 'setup.exe' to pass the commands that follow to the MSI
engine. Notice that the commands following /v must be enclosed in
double quotation marks, as shown in the example below.
