Quality Monitoring in a Citrix Environment
Defining the Agents in the Client
Once the Client is running, you can set up the agents you'll be monitoring.
As you define the agents, be sure that you set the following attributes for
each one:
In the Terminal application, choose WIN TS AGENT as the Controller.
In the Agent Data application, on the Supervisor tab, assign a Terminal
that was defined with WIN TS AGENT as the Controller.
