Nortel Quality Monitoring Agent Installation
If you selected the Use Manual Login option in the previous screen, the
Manual Logon Configuration screen is displayed.
14 Provide the following information:
Agent ID. Enter the ID that the user must enter to log on to the phone
system. If more than one agent will use this workstation, enter any one of
those IDs. This is the same number that you entered as the Phone
Definition in the Agents application at the Client.
Lock ID. Select Yes to "tie" this workstation to this agent within the
Quality system. (This is known as static seating.) Select No to allow
other agents to log in to the system with this workstation (free seating). If
you have an environment where Agents share workstations over different
shifts, then you would select No.
Agent Extension. Enter the phone extension number that the agent
uses. This will be one of the Position ID/DNs that you defined in the
Nortel Quality Monitoring SIU Utility.
