The
MCT3 and MCOC3 channels, or for a specific slot. This command allows for the
following options:

Number of severely errored seconds (SESs).
Number of unavailable seconds (UASs).
command displays ANSI PRM information for all

The length of the PRM
This means that PRMEs are counted if bad frames are
sent on the Facility Data Link (FDL). If good messages
are sent which are not PRMs, the PRMEs are not
counted.
