DAL: Removing or Installing

Replacing the cover on the server

To replace the cover on the server:
1. Place the cover on the server so that the front alignment tabs are in place.
2. Push the latch handle down.
The cover slides forward and locks into place.

Installing the DAL2 in the S8730 Server

To install the DAL2 card in the S8730 Server:
1. Lift up on the hood latch handle and remove the access panel.
