Upgrading Software on Servers
2. On the Pre Upgrade Step window, click Continue to start the pre-upgrade step.
The system shows the status of the pre-upgrade step operations.
When completed, your translations are synchronized. Communication Manager now can
preserve connections during the upgrade.
Logging off the active server
Log off of the active server and continue with the standard upgrade process.

If you decide not to proceed with the upgrade or you stop the upgrade process,
