To turn off the message waiting light at a busy or idle
•
station,
1. PRESS INTERCOM.
2. DIAL
3. DIAL extension number OR PRESS DSS/BLF button of station
that was alerted. The message-waiting light of called station will
turn off.
To turn off the message-waiting light during
•
message-delivering conversation,
1. PRESS INTERCOM once if off-hook, twice if on-hook.
To receive a message at an alerted
•
station,
1. OBSERVE flashing message waiting light and
the LCD message indicating who called for you.
2. SELECT CALL to dial the messaging station
automatically.
3. SELECT CLEAR to clear the message from
your station.
