Signal name
Description
INTx
This is the interrupt signal of external inputs.
CHx IN-A
This is the A phase (or CW/pulse) input signal for the counter.
CHx IN-B
This is the B phase (or CW/pulse) input signal for the counter.
CHx RST
This is the reset signal of counters.
CHx MASK
This is the mask signal of counters. Counting is disabled when this signal is on.
This is the trigger signal that is used when using the elapsed value hold function for count
CHx TRG
values. The rising and trailing edges can be switched by the output signal CHx TRG LOG.
CHx Z
This is the home signal for positioning.
CHx DOG
This is the near home signal for positioning.
CHx JPOS
This is the J-point control positioning start signal for positioning.
CHx LMT+
This is the limit + signal for positioning.
CHx LMT-
This is the limit - signal for positioning.
