COMMAND REFERENCE
TRACe:COPY
Syntax:
TRACe:COPY <destination_trace>,<source_trace>
Alias:
DATA:COPY <destination_trace>,<source_trace>
<source_trace>
<destination_trace>
Description:
Copies a trace from one trace memory (source) to another (destination). The
contents of the <source_trace> is copied to the <destination_trace>. The trace
administration data is copied as well. If the oscilloscope is in the analog mode,
error -221 "Settings conflict;Digital mode required" is generated.
Note:
If the <source> trace is being built, the copy action takes place after
completion of the source trace.
Limitations:
For the PM33x0B CombiScope instruments:

CH3 and Mi_3 is not applicable.

CH4 is the external trigger view channel, so:
• EXTernal is the alias for CH4.
• Mi_E is the alias for Mi_4.

Front panel compliance:
The TRACe:COPY command is the remote equivalent of the front panel COPY
option of the SAVE menu.

i = 1 .. 50 (extended memory)
Resets the instrument.
Switches channel 2 on.
The result is that the
trace memories of
channel 1 and 2 copied
to M1_1 and M1_2
respectively.
