MEANING/ACTION
Patient Surnames can only contain characters A-Z,
hyphens, spaces and/or apostrophes.
The Patient Surname in the 'From' field must exist on
either the live or the deducted file.
EITHER: You have entered a Surname / Date of Birth /
Acceptance Date / Outcode / Postcode / GP Code which
exists on the database in the 'To' field, but you have not
entered anything in the 'From' field.
OR: The Historic start date field is blank. You have
deleted the default date, but have not inserted an
alternative date.
The Surname / Date of Birth / Acceptance Date / Outcode
/ Postcode / GP Code sequence you have entered is
incorrect (e.g. the 'To' code is less than the 'From' code).
You have entered a date which is not in DD.MM.YYYY
format.
You have entered a date which is in the future.
The Historic start date must not be more than 2 years prior
to the date of initial patient extract. This will typically
mean not using a date before late 1999.
You have entered an outcode which is not in a valid
outcode format.
You have entered a postcode which is not in a valid
postcode format.
You cannot select both an outcode range and a postcode
range.
EITHER: There are no live patients with the
outcode/postcode you have entered in the 'From' field.
OR: You have entered a GP code which does not exist on
the database.
You have entered a Dummy GP code other than ZZZ001
or ZZZ002 in one of the fields. This is not allowed.
You must enter 'Y' in the last field to start processing.
