Additional Registration Utilities
Where field 17 has a value, there is a need to pull that patient's paper-
based MRs from storage and forward these to the patient's new area of
registration.
"Status errors" (as indicated within the email, above, from an "S" type
run of the utility) correspond to entries within the download file where
both fields 16 and 17 have no value. These represent patient records where
there is some sort of corruption within the MR information recorded for
that patient and/or conflict between this MR information and the status of
the patient and/or the actual physical location of their MRs.
It is recommended that, if you have any of these "Status errors", you
investigate the detail of them and arrange for the patient's MR status to be
corrected.
