NOTE
For a PCT, where you have chosen to select/print by GP/partnership
(Figure 3), the H option will not be available.
For a PCT, where you have chosen to select/print by HA (Figure 4), this
field will not be available for data entry, and H will be inserted
automatically by the system.
Subsid. Print Sequence (A/N/D/G)
This option enables you to request MR details in a subsidiary order within the GP,
partnership, practice, GP within practice, GP within partnership or health authority
print sequences.
• A – to request details in patient surname order.
• N – to request details in NHS number order.
• D – to request details in date of movement order.
• G – to request details in gender order. Each gender will be printed on a
separate page.
NOTE
Leave this field blank if you have chosen to send the resulting output to a
Unix file, or as an email attachment.
Select List or All
Enter L to produce a report on specific GPs, partnerships, practices, Q codes, or HAs.
Enter * to produce a report on all GPs, partnerships or HAs.
NOTE
If you choose to report on all practices, all GPs will be included,
regardless of whether they are currently live within a practice.
If you choose to report on a list of practices, all GPs currently or most
recently live in those practices will be included.
List of desired codes
If you have entered L in the previous field to produce a report for specific GPs,
partnerships or HAs, enter the appropriate codes in the fields provided. Up to nine
codes may be entered.
Do not enter details in this field if you have requested a list of all the outstanding
MRs.
NOTE
If you enter an HA cipher in one of these fields, the constituent Q code(s)
for that cipher will be included automatically. For example, entering CR
for Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly will include Q code QDV, entering DN
for Devon will include Q codes 'QD6' and 'QDX', and so on.
