Printing
To perform analysis job AJ-QCIV and produce a printout, use the following
procedure.
Directions to Print a List of Patients Who Have Been Assigned a Default Q
Code
1. Enter Y or N in the Exclude Dummy GP codes within ZZZ100 – ZZZ999?
field on the AJ-QCIV screen.
2. Enter Y in the Start processing field on the AJ-QCIV screen.
3. Schedule the job on the AJ-Q screen.
4. When the job has been completed, print the report from the PQ-AP screen.
An example of the printout produced is given at the end of this section.
Print Restart Points
If a print has been suspended, it may be restarted from a particular point.
Use the PS screen to restart printing; enter the place you require the print to start
from.
NOTE
Leave the 'Restart point' field blank if you wish to start the print from
the beginning.
Enter [SURNAME] to start from the specified patient's surname.
Enter [SURNAME,INITIALS] to start from the specified patient's name. If there are
no patients on the system with these initials/surname, the print will begin from the
patient whose name is next in alphabetical order.
