The options you can include are:
• NHS – includes the patient's NHS number on each label; and
• Name – will print the local code of the patient's GP on each label.
Entering N will prevent those details being printed.
Additional Patient Notes
Pressing the normal pop-up keys (usually Ctrl L) from the Qualifier field will display a
pop-up box which will allow entry of up to three lines of additional patient notes. These
notes will be added to all patients selected in this run of AJ-RPSE and will be viewable
from the PN or DN screens.
The message ** NO ADDITIONAL NOTES ** will be displayed on the second line of the
screen if no additional notes have been specified.
Once additional notes have been set up ** ADDITIONAL NOTES EXIST ** will be
displayed.
