Registration Reference Manual
Directions
1. Access the Additional Registration Utilities menu, display the menu page
showing the Print of computer allocated NHS Nos. option, and enter the
option number.
2. The display will then confirm that "This program lists all patients who do
not have an NHS number", and invite you to either press Return to
continue or any other key to quit. Press Return.
3. Either enter the device number of the printer which is to print the list, or
enter 0 (zero) if you want to view the list on-screen.
4. Follow the screen prompts to print/view the information you require
(Partnership/NHS number order, exclude patients registered with dummy
GPs, First and Last Acceptance Dates, Individual Partnership code). Note
that letters such as P or N must be entered in upper case. Note also that, if
you wish to view/print information for a single Partnership, you must first
have entered P to choose Partnership order; choosing N for NHS number
order will automatically select ALL Partnerships.
5. If a screen display has been selected, a page of information will be
displayed at a time. Press Return to move from one page to the next.
Pressing any other key (apart from Return) will return you to the Utilities
menu.
