Search All Medical Record Movements by Status/Date
This utility allows you to search medical record movements by status which have
taken place on your NHAIS system between two dates of your choice. If you search all
medical record statuses, the date range will be restricted to a maximum of one year's
data to prevent excessively large download files being created.
The data will be written to a file for you to download. When processing has finished
and the file is ready for download, the system will send an email to the address you
specify in the request.
Directions
1. From the menu, selection the option Search all Medical Records
movements by status/date.
2. Enter name of the UNIX directory where the output file will be created.
3. Enter the email address which will receive notification when processing
has completed.
4. Enter either:
• the MR status to search for; or
• *ALL to search all MR statuses.
5. Enter the start and end movement date range.
NOTE
This utility allows you to output details of all Medical Record movements for
selected Medical Record statuses, for a selected date range.
Data will be written to a Unix file, and notification that the utility has
finished sent to the selected email address.
Unix download directory eg. '/download/' : /download/
Email address for notification : johndoherty@nhs.net
Medical Record status ? ('*ALL' for all) AFH
Now enter Start and End Movement date range for analysis.
Start Date (DD.MM.YY) : 01.01.10
End Date (DD.MM.YY)

An email will be sent when it has finished.
