Additional Registration Utilities
Quarterly Registrations and Deductions Extract
This utility allows you to analyse Registrations and Deductions for selected Practices
for selected quarters. Data will be written as an attachment to an email, and include
Practice Summary and individual transaction information.
Directions
1. From the menu, selection the option Qtrly Registrations and Deductions
Extract.
2. Enter your email address.
3. Check your email address and enter Y to confirm you have entered it
correctly.
4. Specify whether you want obtain one or more counts:
• by PCT and the practices within them – enter T
• by practice – enter P
• for the whole database, including all the PCTs and the practices
If you enter P or T you can then enter practice or PCT codes.
5. Enter either a practice code, or enter ALL to extract data for all practices.
If want a subset of practices, type in each practice code and press Enter. To
finish entering the practice codes, press Enter without typing in another
practice code.
6. Enter the start quarter in the format M/YY (i.e. the quarter number within
the year). For example, for April-Jun 06 (i.e. the first quarter in 2006)
enter 1/06.
7. Enter the end quarter in the same format.
8. The system will generate the file and send it to the email address you
entered.
