Select by Practice Code

You can either enter:

• ALL in the first field to select all practice codes; or

• up to five specific practice codes.

Unix Path for Detail Files

If you have chosen a detail file, enter the Unix pathname. The pathname must begin

with a forward slash '/'.

Email Counts report to

If you have chosen a counts file (which is sent as an email attachment) enter the

recipient's email address.

Enter 'Y' to put the job into the queue for processing

Once you have entered all the relevant details, enter Y in this field to place the job

into the queue for processing.

The "Detail" Download File

The "detail" download file is tab delimited and contains the following information for

each patient:

• the losing NHAIS cipher, that is, your home NHAIS system cipher

• the gaining NHAIS cipher, that is, the NHAIS system which will 'house' the

• the practice code

• the local code of the senior GP within the practice

• NHS number

• NHS number barcode (unencoded)

• NHS number barcode (encoded)

• date of birth

• BSS next test due date

• address code
