The detailed patient information described above in the Print section can alternatively
be sent to a Unix download file, without creating a print queue entry.
Restart Procedures
Use the restart point displayed on the PS screen.
Access
Users with FULL access may perform any function within the AJ-OSMR application.
Users with ABBREVIATED access may perform restricted functions.
Directions to Access the AJ-OSMR Screen
1. Enter a key of AJ with a qualifier of OSMR and press Enter.
The screen display which appears will depend on the organisation type set on
the OC screen.
If your organisation is set to HA reporting, the screen shown in Figure 1 will
appear. You can then specify your count/print requirements on this screen.
If your organisation is to PCT reporting, the preliminary screen shown in
Figure 2 will appear.
You must then specify whether outstanding MRs are to be output by GP
(which includes options for GP, partnership, partnership and GP, practice or
practice and GP) or by HA (including options for either HA or Q code).
Depending on your selection, the screen shown in either Figure 3 or Figure 4
will then appear, on which you can specify your count/print requirements.
