MEANING / ACTION
Either:
• You have entered an invalid character in the
'Select/Print MRs' field. For an HA (Figure 1),
valid characters are 'G', 'P', 'PG', 'R', 'RG',
'H'. For a PCT selecting by GP/Partnership
(Figure 3), valid characters are 'G', 'P' or
'PG'.
• On the initial selection screen for a PCT (Figure
2), you have entered something other than 'G'
or 'H'. Either enter 'G' to select/print
outstanding MRs by GP/Partnership, or enter
'H' to select/print by HA.
• You have entered an invalid character in the
'List or All' field. Valid characters are 'L' or
'*'.
You have not entered a PCT code in a multi-
organisation environment. Enter a valid code in the
'Recipient PCT Code' field. (This field will only be
displayed if an organisation type of PCT has been set
via the OC screen.)
You have entered a PCT code for which no data is held
on the multi-organisation database you are working on.
Enter a valid code in the 'Recipient PCT Code' field.
(This field will only be displayed if an organisation type
of PCT has been set via the OC screen.)
You have requested a count or email of outstanding
MRs. Week outstanding range and date of movement
range are not required.
Week outstanding range and date of movement range
have both been selected. You may leave the range
options blank or select only one choice.
You have selected the week outstanding range. If a
range is specified, a figure must be entered in both
fields: the first field is the weeks 'from' the second
field is weeks 'to'; e.g. records outstanding from 1 to 4
weeks. The second 'to' field must be a higher number
than the 'from' field. Check and re-enter.
You have entered a date in an invalid format. Check
and re-enter in DD.MM.YY format.
You have not entered a value of 'C', 'E', 'P' or 'U'.
