Additional Registration Utilities
This utility provides you with information re children (< 16 years of age)
who may be still registered at an address after one or more 'parents' have
been deducted R/U (FP69) or will be deducted R/U in the next 28 days from
that same address.
Do you want to run this utility for R/U deducted patients (for which you
will be required to enter a range of FP69 expiry dates) or do you want to
run this utility for patients who have an FP69 status that will expire in
the next 28 days?
Enter 'D' for R/U deducted patients or 'L' for live patients with an FP69
status that will expire in the next 28 days : D
You need to enter a range of FP69 Expiry Dates for analysis.
Start Date (dd.mm.yyyy) : 01.01.2010
End Date (dd.mm.yyyy) : 30.11.2010
You need to enter a Unix directory and filename for the output data.
e.g. /download/outfile.txt
Unix Directory/Filename : /download/fp69file.txt
You need to enter an e-mail address. An e-mail will be sent to this address
when processing has completed and the output data successfully written out
to Unix.
Email Address : johndoherty@nhs.net
The background process firstly creates a list of patients that were either deducted
"R/U" in the specified date range or will be deducted "R/U" in the next 28 days. For
each such patient, their address on the NHAIS System is checked to see if one or more
patients with the same or similar surname and aged under 16 years are still registered
at that address. For each such child found, an output record will be created in the Unix
results file.
