MEANING / ACTION
Unless Request type 'ADV' is selected, it is not possible to
analyse the audit file by Practice.
Must be a practice on the system, or 'UNK' for unknown.
Check and re-enter the Practice code.
Enter each Practice once only. Check your Practice code
entries and remove any duplicates.
Unless Request type 'ADV' is selected, it is not possible to
analyse the audit file by GP.
Must be a GP on the system. Check and re-enter the GP
code.
Enter each GP once only. Check your GP code entries and
remove any duplicates.
You must choose a report type. Enter 'Y' in either the
Technical Performance, Patient or PCO/Practice fields to
select a report type.
