Go to the web configuration GUI (http://192.168.1.1), click Network >> WAN to
check your ISP settings for IP modes.
2.
Make sure the Active check box has been selected.
3.
Click the Edit icon to open the WAN setting page. There are four IP modes, Static,
DHCP, PPPoE and PPTP provided by the router. Each mode will guide different web
page.

Check if Username and Password are entered with correct values that you got from
your ISP.
2.
Check if the setting of Authentication is correct or not. You may need to try both PAP
and CHAP.
