Cause
The intermediate conveyance sensor
(PS3) does not turn OFF within a
specified period of time after the PS3
turns ON.
After completion of stapling, the
stacker sensor (PS8) does not turn
OFF within a specified period of time
after the paper exit motor (M1) turns
ON.
After completion of stapling, the align-
ment tray sensor (PS5) does not turn
OFF within a specified period of time
after the paper exit motor (M3) turns
ON.
Folding jam
Punch jam
The stapler motor does not return to
the home position within a specified
period of time after the stapler motor
turns ON.
The stapler home sensor /Fr (PS22)
does not turn ON within a specified
period of time after the stapler motor
/Fr (M16) turns ON.
The stapler home sensor /Rr (PS25)
does not turn ON within a specified
period of time after the stapler motor
/Rr (M17) turns ON.
The clincher motor /Fr does not return
to the home position within a speci-
fied period of time after the clincher
motor /Fr turns ON.
The clincher motor /Rr does not
return to the home position within a

The conveyance sensor /Up (PS9) or
/Lw (PS10) of MT does not turn ON

/Lw (PS10) do not turn OFF within a
specified period of time after PS9 or
PS10 turn ON.
