Install or Connect
1. Cigar lighter.
2. Rear pad and attaching screws.
3. Shifter trim plate.

• For rattles.

Remove or Disconnect
Console shift plate.
Console pad.
Carpet from retainers.
4 button fasteners. Remove carpet and console
side cover.
Screw from amplifier bracket. Disconnect
amplifier connector.

Reverse above steps.

Front trim plate.
Steering column cover.
Cluster attachment screws.
Wiring harness connections.
Cluster asm.
Install or Connect
Harness connections.
Cluster asm and attachment screws.
Rear cluster cover.
Front trim plate.
Steering column cover.
Negative battery cable.
NOTICE:
The speedometer, tach, and gauges may
be serviced by removing the front cluster lens. The
speedometer and tach must be serviced by a
Specified Service Center.

Headlamp switch trim plate.
Headlamp and dimmer switches.
Rear defogger and deck lid trim plate and
switches (if equipped).
Housing asm.
Install or Connect
1. Housing asm.
2. Headlamp, dimmer and switches as required.
3. Follow I/P cluster procedures.
