When you specify address numbers, confirm that the corresponding fax numbers registered in the
machine are correct. For information on how to register address numbers, refer to "5 Tools" > "Setup" >
"Add Address Book Entry" in the Administrator Guide.

• The maximum number of recipients that you can specify at one time is as follows:
• When you enter wildcard characters, the machine automatically prepends zeros to make

Press the <Speed Dial> button and enter a
4-digit address number. If the first digit is "0"
or the first two digits are "00", you can omit
them. Repeat this procedure for each
additional recipient.

Specifying a Destination using a One Touch Button

You can use the one touch buttons to specify recipients. One touch buttons correspond
to the address numbers from 0001 to 0070. For example, when the number you want
to dial is registered to the address number 0001, press one touch button 0001.
For information on how to register address numbers, refer to "5 Tools" > "Setup" > "Add Address Book
Entry" in the Administrator Guide.
Note
• The Full Size Color UI (optional) does not support one touch buttons.
