6 Send from Folder
Selecting a Folder
The following describes the procedure to select a folder.
Selectable folders depend on the settings on the user authentication feature.
For information on selectable folders, refer to "13 Authentication and Account Administration" >
"Authentication for Job Flow Sheets and Folders" in the Administrator Guide.

Select a folder on the [Send from Folder]
screen.
Note
Go to
Displays a folder at the top when you enter the three-digit folder number with the
numeric keypad.

• Select [
] to return to the previous
screen and select [
] to move to the next
screen.
• An arrow is displayed next to each folder
which has a link to a job flow sheet and
for which the auto start is set.
• If you are prompted for a passcode, enter
a passcode and select [Enter].
