4.5.7 Transfer

4.5.7.1 ROLLER, 2ND
1. Open the MP TRAY ASSY.
2. Keep the 2ND TRANSFER ASSY. opened.
C A U T I O N When performing the following work, extra caution should be paid
not to touch the ROLLER, 2ND with bare hands.
3. Remove the RETAINING RING, 4 that secures the ROLLER, 2ND.
Attach the RETAINING RING, 4 as shown in the figure.
4. Slide the ROLLER, 2ND toward front to remove the rear shaft, and remove the
front shaft with the Roller Bearing attached to it.
5. Remove the Roller bearing from the left edge of the ROLLER, 2ND and remove
the Roller bearing and the Washer (8.0x5.2x0.6) from the right edge of the
ROLLER, 2ND.
