4.4.3.3.2.4 Timing Configuration #4: Slave Modem-Loop Timed
Master clock is at the distant end of the link.
TX Clock Source = TX Terrestrial
Selecting RX satellite turns Off the buffer.
The user desires to clock the SD to the modem with the satellite clock.
User configured Loop Timing. The TX and RX data rates must be equal. The user must
tie RT and ST at their equipment (Figure 4-5).
