Alarm Type Description — Decoder
Alarm Type
No decoder video Indicates that there is a valid
data connection, no video data
present. Usually accompanied by
"no source data stream" message
in the web interface.
No decoder mode No matching decoder mode for
the incoming stream.
No source report Unable to detect the format of the
received data stream.
Recovered audio
No decoder audio
data
Bad audio at decoder
Bad audio PLL
Video network Excessive network packet loss
packets dropped has occurred.
Decoder buffer The incoming data rate is high;
overflow reduce the pipeline delay.
Decoder buffer The incoming data rate is too low;
underflow increase the pipeline delay.
Bad video PLL The decoder cannot synchronize
to the video data.
No decoder ANC The decoder is not receiving any
data embedded audio (ancillary) data.
Missing ANC at The Decoder is receiving poor
decoder quality ANC data.
Recovered ANC Error correction has recovered
corrupted / missing ANC.
No genlock source Indicates that genlock is enabled,
present but that there is no genlock
source connected.
No genlock source Indicates that a signal is present
lock on the genlock connector, but it is
not within the expected range.
Genlock source Indicates that the timing of the
mismatch genlock signal does not match
the format of the decoded
source.
