Maintenance operations after working hours
Test the functioning of the seat contact system:
– Key switch to position „1"
– Select a driving direction
– The seat must remain free
– Press the accelerator gently.
If the device moves, release the accelerator immediately.
Shut down the device, determine the cause and repair.
Check the carbon brushes in the traction motor and brush
drive for wear, replace the carbon brushes if necessary.
Replace the toothed belt in the brush head.
Additional instructions for version R I
Replace the dust filter.
Check the freedom of movement of all moving parts of the
sweeping assembly.
Test the function of the coarse dirt valve.
Check the dust filter for damage.
Check the cleaning function of the dust filter.
Check the settings and wear of the sealing strips in the
sweeping area.
Check the tension and wear of the belt in the sweeping
assembly.
Check the sweeping containers for smooth removability.
Check the seals of the sweeping container.
Check the sweeping roller and side brushes for wear
and wrapped strings.
Check the sweeping level of the sweeping roller and side
brushes.
