Adjust microswitch (S30, S31)
If the suction beam does not reach its upper or
lower limit positions or if there is no lifting move-
ment, the microswitch (S30, S31) settings must
be checked first before the complete lifting motor
(M30) is replaced.
Note:
The microswitches (S30, S31) of Version 2
are screwed onto the printed circuit board
and are not adjustable.
– Remove the spring (4) and retaining screw
(3).
– Remove the retaining screws (2) with the spe-
cial tool (see Chapter 7), then remove the
housing cover (8).
– Both microswitches (5, 6) can be moved in a
guide rail by lossening the retaining screws
(11, 13). Check/adjust the microswitches (only
in lifting motor M30, Version 1).
– Install in the reverse order.
– Functional check using tester mode (see
Chapter 5.1)
Note:
When assembling, check that the
connections (14) do not cause a short circuit.
The
-lifting motor (M30) does not
has the cover (10).
