Troubleshooting without displays

Note:
The troubleshooting test mode function is
described in Chapter 5.1.
Faults not shown on the
display
Unit won't start
Noises in the area of the
wheel hub motor
No or too little water supply

Behebung
– Insert/check/replace central battery plug (X1)
(see Chapter 6.1.1).
– Check/charge/replace battery G1.
– Check fuses F1 and F1/replace defective fuse.
– Check/replace key switch (S0) (see Chapter 6.1.1).
– Check/unlock/replace EMERGENCY STOP switch (S1)
(see Chapter 6.1.1).
– Test seat sensor (S10) using tester mode/replace.
– Test program switch (S9) using test mode/replace.
– Test direction of travel switch (S2) using test mode/
replace.
– Check / replace main relay (K1).
– Test/replace magnetic sensor of drive pedal (B1) using
test mode.
– Test connection cable module A0/A1/A2 using test
mode.
– Check/replace instrument panel printed circuit board.
– Test/replace driving module printed circuit board (A2)
using test mode.
– Check/ replace drive motor (M1) using test mode.
– Replace main printed circuit board (A1).
– Adjust castellated nut (see Chapter 5.3.1).
– Check/replace steering bearing.
– Top up fresh water tank.
– Check/clean water filter (see Chapter 6.1.2).
– Check water hose to brush head /remove block/kink
(see Chapter 6.1.2).
– Test program switch (S9) using test mode/replace.
– Test float switch of dirty water tank (S11) using test
mode/replace.
– Test level sensor of fresh water tank (B2) using test
mode/replace.
– Test function of metering valve (Y2) using test mode/
replace.
– Test water pump (M5) using test mode/replace.
– Check cable connections/remove defective cables.
– Test cleaning module printed circuit board (A3) using
test mode/replace.
