K1/113
1. Couple drive module (A2) directly with the head
CPU (A1).
2. If fault remains, replace A2.
K1/114
1. Unacceptable process control (head CPU A1)
installed in wrong machine (i.e. floor cleaning
process in sweeping machine) ->install correctly
programmed Head CPU (A1)
2. Module found, which does not result in any logic
for the model (i.e. lift module in sweeping machi-
ne) -> Establish correct configuration.
K1/121
1. Check that the correct battery (24V or 36V power
supply) is connected.
2. Allow a maximum of 45V when operating with test
power supply units!
3. If the error continues despite correct voltages,
replace A1.
K1/122
1. Perform key switch (S0) reset.
2. If fault remains, replace main relay (K1).
K1/131
1. Disconnect a line on main relay coil (K1).
2. Perform key switch (S0) reset. If the error is
replaced by another, then search for short circuit
in cabling from the coil to plug A1/X11 and repair.
3. If fault remains, replace A1.
4. In case of another error, check if
– lines are incorrectly connected to main relay coil
(K1).
– suppressor diode on main relay coil (K1) short-
circuited. Replace relay.
K1/161
1. Malfunction on the bus when the key switch (S0)
is switched off or the switched off head CPU (A1)
is in standby mode.
2. Inform developer, replace A1, if necessary.
K1/162
1. Perform key switch (S0) reset.
2. If the error continues, determine module by
measuring the GS line on every module connec-
tor (input = battery voltage, output = 0).
3. Remove module from the bus and test with the
remaining configuration.
4. If another error occurs, then replace the removed
module.
