5.4.6 Wheel hub motor tyres (M1)

Pull off the tyre

Replace the tyres
– Secure the machine against rolling away.
– Remove ram protector.

Note:
The wheel hub motor (M1) must not be
dismantled/removed to change the tyre.

– Raise the front wheel of the unit and secure.
– Lever out the circlip (1) using a screw driver
and remove.
– Pull the tyre (2) off the hub motor.
– Install the new tyre, note the installed position
(see arrow, photo below).
– Reinstall the circlip (1).
