6.1 Troubleshooting without displays

Solution
– Check/replace side brush and main brush.
– Check direction of rotation of the main brush/properly
connect electrical connecting cables (plus/minus).
– Check seal of filter case of the debris container/replace.
– Check/replace round filter.
– Check/adjust/replace sealing lips/strips.
– Check/replace fan drive belt.
– Check/adjust pre-sweeping unit for parallelism
(chapter 2.13).
– Check/replace clean module pre-sweeping system (F6)
safety lock.
– Check/replace fan motor (M13).
– Check/replace clean module pre-sweeping system
(A3/1).
– Check if mechanical blockage is present/repair
blockage. Check function of side brush suspension
(spring, Bowden cable, deflection pulley).
– Check/replace side brush lift module (F8) safety lock.
– Check/replace pre-sweeping system (S6) switch.
– Check/replace program switch (S9).
– Check/replace micro-switch of lower side brush (S40).
– Check/replace micro-switch of upper side brush (S41).
– Check/replace lifting motor of side brush (M40).
– Check/replace lift module of side brush (A4/1).
– Check if mechanical blockage is present/repair blockage.
Check function of side brush suspension (spring,
Bowden cable, deflection pulley).
– Check/replace lift module of pre-sweeping system (F6).
– Check/replace pre-sweeping system (S6) switch.
– Check/replace program switch (S9).
– Check/replace micro-switch of lower pre-sweeping sy-
stem (S50).
– Check/replace micro-switch of upper pre-sweeping
system (S51).
– Check/replace lifting motor of pre-sweeping system
(M50).
– Check/replace lift module of pre-sweeping system (A4/2).
– Check if mechanical blockage is present/repair
blockage.
– Check/replace program switch (S9).
– Check/replace pre-sweeping system (S6) switch.
– Check/replace clean module pre-sweeping system (F6).
– Check/replace side brush motor (M10, M11, M41, M42).
– Check/replace clean module (F3) safety lock.
– Check/replace brush motors (M2, M3, M5).
– Check/replace clean module (A3/1)
