7-66 CHASSIS
• Remove the brake lever 3 and brake switch 4.
• Pull out the dust boot 5 and remove the snap ring 6.
• Remove the piston and return spring.
7 Piston
8 Secondary cup
9 Primary cup
0 Return spring

MASTER CYLINDER INSPECTION

Inspect the master cylinder bore for any scratches or other dam-
age.
Inspect the piston surface for any scratches or other damage.
Inspect the primary cup, secondary cup and dust seal for wear
or damage.
