Master Cylinder Inspection - Suzuki UG110 2021 Service Manual

• Remove the brake lever 1 and brake light switch 2.
• Remove the dust boot 3.
• Remove the circlip 4 using the special tool.
2 09900-06108: Snap ring pliers
• Remove the washer 5, piston/secondary cup 6 and return
spring 7.
• Remove the master cylinder reservoir cap 8 and diaphragm
9.

MASTER CYLINDER
Inspect the master cylinder bore for any scratches or other dam-
age. If any damages are found, replace the master cylinder with a
new one.
