• Remove the radiator lower mounting bolt.
• Disconnect the cooling fan motor and thermo-switch lead wire
coupler 3.
• Remove the radiator upper mounting bolt.
• Disconnect the speed sensor lead wire from the clamp 4.
• With the hooks A unlocked, remove the radiator from the
radiator shroud 5.
• Remove the cooling fan and thermo-switch lead wire coupler
6 from the radiator shroud.
• Remove the cooling fan 7.
• Disconnect the cooling fan thermo-switch lead wire coupler
and remove the cooling fan thermo-switch.
• Remove the horn 8.

When removing the horn 8, hold the nut by spanner
to prevent the horn bracket distortion.
