7-72 CHASSIS
• Pivot the caliper up and remove the caliper from the caliper
bracket 2.
• Remove the pad spring 3.
• Remove the spacer 4 and boot 5 from the caliper.
• Remove the brake caliper sliding pin 6.
• Place a rag over the piston to prevent it from popping out and
then force out the piston using compressed air.

Do not use high pressure air to prevent piston dam-
age.
