DlSA User Codes*
Description
Assigns the DISA User Codes and a Class of Service (COS) to each
code. The COS of the code determines the toll restriction level of
the DISA caller.

program [80!2] "DISA Security Type."

There are four programmable user codes. Each code should be unique
and composed of eight numerical digits, 0

9.

You cannot leave an entry empty.
