Sets the time the system waits before

extension.
Assigns whether the system or the VPS
turns off the Message Waiting lamp when
the user hears a message recorded in a
mailbox.
Assigns whether the system starts the
Automated Attendant Service or not if a CO
call is directed to VPS by Call Forwarding
or Intercept Routing. If "start" is assigned,
the "AA-SVC" code programmed in
program [ 1141 is transmitted to the voice
mail port and the Follow On ID function
does not work.
