Description
Assigns the destination where the call is transferred to when all
extensions in the UCD group are busy. The Time Table number of
the ovefflow extension must also be assigned.

Conditions
If the ovefflow extension or Time Table number is not assigned, the
system does not answer the call and waits for any extension to be idle. In
