Turning Power On/Off
The power switch is turned on to start the printer. The printer
becomes ready to print about 80 seconds after the power switch is
turned on.
When the duplex unit is mounted, turn on the power switch with
the unit mounted. Failure to do so may cause the unit to
malfunction.
Turn off the power switch at the end of work each day or if the
printer is not used for a long time.
Caution:
Turning off the printer power clears print data stored in printer
memory.
Important:
With the power save function enabled, the printer automatically
enters power save mode if it is left unused for the specified time with
power on.
Turning power on
Press the power switch on the "|"-marked side to turn on the printer
power.
